Fall is a terrific time to brush up on your eating habits and make certain that fresh fruits and vegetables are an important part of your daily intake.  Eat several small balanaced meals each day and don’t let yourself get too hungry.

 Fall is also a good time to get check ups, bloodwork, mammograms and that all important flu shot.  Several clinics are offered through drug and grocery chains.  Or you can ask your doctor to give you one while you are there for your next visit.

Winter will be here before you realize it.  Now is the time to get prepared.
