Exercising in the Snow
I am watching the very lovely snow falling outside my window and wondering which excuse I will use today not to exercise. Am I the only one who hates to exercise? It really is harder for me to get outside and do stuff in the cold air, as I have a cold air induced asthma thing that will cause wheezing and labored breathing.
That leads me to conclude I will probably have to do some indoor activities like Tai Chi and hand weights. Not very hard stuff but at least it will get my circulation moving and maybe knock off a one hundreth of a pound or so. Sigh.
I really need to get myself motivated. I have a very loosey-goosey goal involving losing about fifty pounds by July. Actually, I would be thrilled with forty. Any ideas?
