The truth is, the stronger you are, the stronger you can become. Even doing a small amount of hand weight training is exponentially better than doing no training at all.

So while you are sitting there watching television or movies, do take the effort to pick up your 5-10 pound hand weights and just get your arms moving, even if you stay in your chair.

The more you can do this, the more fat cells you will convert to muscle cells and once they are converted, it will take six weeks for these cells to revert back to what they used to be, fat.

Get up and move and breath a little harder, even for a little while and you will improve your health and feel a bit better about yourself too.
