Drink More Water

Drinking more water everyday is one thing you can do for your health that is easy, cheap and perhaps the best use of your time and money.  Water not only replenishes the body as it loses waste and dead cells, it rejuvenates the blood supply, the skin and all the organs.

If you are actually embarking upon a bona fide weight loss regimen and you are reducing calories and increasing your exercise, water is doubly important for you because when fat cells break down in the body, they release a form of poison called ketone bodies into the blood and if you do not drink a sufficient amount of water to wash these little buggers away, you are putting your health at risk.

So drink lots and lots of water, including green tea, selzer and even decaffeinated diet soda if you don’t like drinking water, and keep yourself safe and supple.  A nice glass of ice water with a twist of lemon or lime tastes pretty darn good, especially after a good workout.

See I WAS TOLD OVER AND OVER THAT SODA, EVEN DECAF DIET IS BAD FOR YOU. I DRINK ALMOST TWO GALLONS OF DISTILLED WATER WITH GREEN TEA EXTRACT PER DAY…(OR AT LEAST I TRY TO). ANOTHER THING IS POMEGRANITE PILLS AND WATER, THEY ARE A NATURAL ANTIOXIDANT.
