Here we go with the ‘backside’ of my random but healthy things list, starting with numbers twenty-one through twenty-five.  These are in no particularly intelligent order, just randomly evacuated from my cranial premises.

25.  Guilty Pleasures - A juicy, sweet and ripened melon ball, smothered in diet maple syrup sans the maple, making it a brownish-toned liquid fructose product.  Yum!

24.  Calisthenics - Instead of any of that double time, go-for-the-burn crap, just do them at half time and preferably after the halftime show and before the third quarter of the game.

23.  Prolonged Standing - This is best done in a chair, while your derriere is afixed to the cushion, so as not to tire the back muscles.

22. Dog Walking - This can now be done without supervision, provided you are willing to purchase the expensive electronic fencing device, collar and batteries that need constant replacement.  Said battery replacement also adds to the healthy experience with the additional exercise involved in searching the house for the unique cell batteries, which are only available in India and Idaho.

21. Exercise Balls - Yeah, you know the kind I mean, like get up and do your friggin’ exercises, ya big wuss!

More great tips next time….
