For those of you who have been healthy all your lives, you really are the lucky ones.  The purest form of happiness is well within your grasp.  Keep your health as long as you can by eating right and exercising.

For the rest of us, though we deal with challenges day-to-day, these challenges need not sap our lifeblood or curtail our good spirits.  Attitude, as I have said in the past, is everything.  If you want to live a vital and full life, you can do so, regardless of your physical challenges.

I have reached a point where I am happy to be me.  I have a wonderful family, loving and devoted friends and a great life that I enjoy to the fullest.  I am the epitome of the happy person.

So have a great week and a great attitude.  You deserve it.

I couldn’t agree more. A positive attitude has made a world of difference in my life. I wasted too many years drowning in my own depression and self-pity. As my attitude began to change, my successes seemed to snow ball; not only in my weight loss and my health but also in all other aspects of my life. It is good to feel so Fantabulous! God Bless and Take Care.
